By accessing or using Paylonatorio's services and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
Paylonatorio provides financial coaching services focused on helping couples plan and achieve their first home purchase in Mexico through the INFONAVIT system. Our services are educational and informational in nature.
Nature of Services
Our coaching services provide guidance and education. We do not:
- Provide financial advice or investment recommendations
- Act as financial advisors or planners
- Guarantee loan approval or specific outcomes
- Represent INFONAVIT or any financial institution
- Process loan applications on your behalf
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Follow through on action plans and recommendations
- Maintain confidentiality of any materials provided
- Make your own financial decisions
- Verify all information with appropriate authorities
Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in your coaching agreement. Payment terms will be clearly communicated before enrollment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Paylonatorio is not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided during coaching sessions. We provide educational guidance only. You are responsible for verifying information and making your own financial decisions.
Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and resources provided by Paylonatorio are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal and financial information. However, you acknowledge that we may use anonymized case studies for educational purposes.
Termination
Either party may terminate coaching services with written notice. Termination does not affect obligations already incurred. Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined in your coaching agreement.
Disclaimer
Results vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and market conditions. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, timelines, or loan approvals. Information provided is current as of the coaching session but may change.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chiapas, Mexico.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
